Account Deletion Request

Dialr respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. We provide two straightforward methods to delete your account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete Your Account Through the App

The simplest way to delete your account is directly through the Dialr app:

1. Log in to your Dialr account
2. Navigate to your Profile page
3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
4. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you prefer to request account deletion via email, or if you're unable to access your account:

1. Send an email to admin@varonova.ca
2. Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. In your email, please provide:
   • The email address associated with your Dialr account, please reach out to us from this email so we can confirm your identity
   • A brief reason for account deletion (optional)

Our team will process your request within 5 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When you delete your Dialr account:

• All your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases
• Your call recordings, analytics, and performance data will be deleted
• Your account will no longer be accessible
• Any subscription will be canceled (no further charges will occur)

Please note that some information may be retained in backup copies for a limited period or as required by law. However, this information will not be used for any active purposes.
